Location: At the Hotel La Scogliera you will be practically living with the sea on your doorstep: from the hall, crossing a picturesque private underpass you can step directly into the most crystal-clear water you have ever seen.The wide bay on which the hotel is located is closed on the right-hand side by Punta Caruso, the extreme height of the Zaro woods. At the centre of the bay are the two extensive beaches of San Francesco and Chiaia, whereas on the extreme left-hand side is the town of Forio with its historical buildings, the watch towers for the Saracen invaders and the white church of the Soccorso.
